FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS over £400
If your order value is below this a charge of £25.00 will be added to your total.
Delivery times are normally quoted as 5 - 7 weeks from supplier although this may vary, we will notify you of any significant change at time of confirmation.
Important
When you place your order please notify shop4dining of any
special delivery instructions or restrictions for example; 'House at end of narrow lane' in
the spaces provided at the bottom of the checkout page.
All delivery estimates are given in good faith, however, delivery times may alter at any time.
Free UK Delivery apples to UK Mainland only - onward transportation to the British Isles can normally be arranged. Please contact us for details.
We will deliver to a room of your choice providing that this is accessible and provides no health and safety risks to our drivers.
If we are not able to place the furniture in your chosen room we will place it in the room nearest to your choice.
Unfortunately we are not able to remove old items of furniture or packaging.
Please retain the original packaging for 14 days for the purpose of returning any faulty or damaged items.
We would advise all customers NOT to remove their old furniture until the new furniture has been delivered.
Deliveries can be affected by many things beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, such as acts of god, strikes or delays by suppliers.

Q. Will you take my new furniture upstairs, when you deliver?
Yes, the shop4dining delivery team will deliver your new furniture into the room of your choice, whether up or down stairs.
Q. Could you remove my old furniture when you deliver?
No, unfortunately we cannot remove old furniture. However, most good councils offer a furniture removal service that will arrange disposal of such items.
Q. How long will my furniture take to arrive?
Most orders are delivered 4-6 weeks from time of order. If we are expeirencing any extended delivery times you will be notified as soon as a delay becomes apparent.
If you wish to 'chase' your order please contact us with your order details and we will be happy to give you an estimated delivery date.
